The International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation sent this notice out this week in search of time keepers and ring coordinators.
We are currently seeking Volunteers for the 2011 World Jiu Jitsu Championship
Date: June 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Thursday-Sunday
Location: California State University Long Beach
Address: 1250 Bellflower Boulevard Long Beach, California 90840
Time: 8:00am-9:00pm (Tentative time, please check your email the week of the tournament for updated information)
Full time: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm ($80.00 volunteer stipend for Score keepers, $100.00 for Ring Coordinators)
Part time 1st Shift 8:00 am- 3:00 pm ($15.00 volunteer stipend)
2nd Shift 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm ($15.00 volunteer stipend)
2 Positions Available
1. Ring Coordinating (Experience is required for this position)
2. Score Keeping / General Volunteer / Bull Pen Rotation (No experience is necessary, on the job training provided)
All positions are on a first come first served basis.
Free Staff T-shirt Lunch, Dinner & drinks will be provided.
