I As the father of a young daughter who is just beginning her journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I am excited to hear of another all womens BJJ camp. Even though she is still very young, only 12 years old, she has struggled with many of the problems I have heard discussed by the top notch women competitiors we have listened to on the fightworks Podcast. (problems such as being the only girl at our school, and many of the boys refusing to roll with her for one ridiculous reason or another, mostly because their ego has been bruised by being tapped by a girl). There have been many stories she and I find on the Fightworks Podcast to not only entertain, but to inspire us as well. The stories you have produced on women in Bjj have helped motivate her to not get discouraged and deepen her desire to keep training when it isn't always easy being the only girl on the mat. I thought you would like to know that there is a future generation of the mighty 600,000 that has begun to listen to the show. Keep up the great work!!
