And whether people are actually “cutting” weight (which is dumb for most BJJ tourny’s with the weigh in right before you step on the mat) or if people are just trying to “lose” weight to make a certain weight class, which is what I have to do because I run about 225. I always diet down to get under the 221 limit so that I don’t have to compete against the 300 pounders. But technically I don’t “cut” weight.

Just curious, it might be interesting to see how much weight people cut for tournaments too.
