This was a really good way to start off 2009, Knowing who Rickson Gracie is and what he has done for Gracie Jiu Jitsu and how he teaches and just plain talks. I was looking forward to this. It just a pleasure to hear from him. The kid that choked out the pitbull was just amazing. When I first saw this i was like WTF...and when i read about it. it still blew my mind..BJJ really shows its effectiveness...thanks for the good show...and cant wait to hear the upcoming shows.
