But I chose &quot;train more frequently&quot;, but I&#039;d go so far as to say not necessarily more frequently, but with more consistency, ie three times a week is good for me, but I want enough stability to be able to do it every single week and not miss any!

		<description>My real resolution is to fight the guy who recently injured me in a submission only tourney, and beat his ass. He out weighed me by 65 lbs. and narrowly escaped two of my sub attacks. I was exhausted from fighting three guys back to back to back with no rest time. I WILL fight him again and submit his huge ass!</description>
