Awesome show. I loved Ed Kennedy’s insight on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Really motivates me to train hard. I’m only 17 so I don’t really have those responsibilities that most of you adults have but I know that i’ll have to set my priorities straight in the future. Regardless, BJJ will always be there.

I also liked Xande’s take on competition. Sweep, Pass, Mount, Submit!

Great podcast. It was nice to hear an interview with an “everyday working man” juggling family and work with the logistics of regular BJJ practice.

BTW – I look forward to the podcast every week. Keep up the great work Caleb!

While I enjoy all the podcasts, this one in particularly I really took to since I have to remind myself that I’m not training to become a mundial champion, I’m just a regular guy who’s a BJJ-addict. Great insight for what it’s like for most of us and what we should be aware of as we continue to train throughout the years, past the black-belt. Thanks Caleb!
