    bota pra baixo: put him down
    vale tudo: MMA (people call MMA as vale tudo in Brazil)

    New words:

    raspada: sweep

  3. Speaking of the Global Training Report, its a great site, but Yahoo shut down Geocities a while ago. Does anyone know if GTR has now moved somewhere else? Would be a huge shame to lose all those interviews, articles etc.
