Congrats to Mark Cody and Josh Glenn of American University

For the first time in school history, American University brought home a national title in wrestling. No doubt it’s due to the work of a former interviewee here on The FightWorks Podcast, Coach Mark Cody. Cody’s student Josh Glenn won the 197 lb. national title at the 2007 NCAA Wrestling Championships recently.

Cody also played a role in the formation of two very prominent wrestlers who became mixed martial artists: Randy Couture and Matt Lindland. Not likely a coincedence that all have done so well. Congratulations Coach Cody.
